Tapping is the Swiss Army knife for the soul!

I got to know the method of tapping acupressure 15 years ago. My therapist at the time, who otherwise worked with EMDR, showed me this easy-to-learn technique. I was immediately impressed by the gentleness of this method, which makes it possible to work on your own issues independently of a therapist.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) was developed by Gary Craig in America in 1995. She immediately showed great results in athletes. It uses elements of acupuncture (meridian points are tapped) and neuro-linguistic programming to replace negative beliefs with life-affirming beliefs.

Even children from the age of 6 can use this method in the simple form, for example if they have fallen or cannot fall asleep.

I have developed small application notes especially for young people in order to be able to carry out stage preparation with EFT without a therapist (these can be found in the download area).

Ever since I got to know this method, I have integrated it into my professional and private life almost every day. And I see it as a kind of "Swiss Army Knife" for emotional balance.

You can take it anywhere and do a lot with it. That's why I show it to all students who study longer with me. If you are looking for further information about this technique, contact EFT-Deutsch.
